Jessica has been involved in music for almost her entire life. She joined her first choir in elementary school and then also the orchestra where she was a violinist for a few years. She still owns a violin that she plays as a hobby.
Over the years, she was a member of many choirs, some years as many as three at a time! She also competed annually in the WMEA Green River Music Region Solo/Ensemble Contest receiving either a Superior (I) or Excellent (II) rating every year on solo performances, duets and ensemble performances.
Her Junior and Senior years of High school were full of traveling. She competed with a chamber choir in Disneyland, sang in music halls in Western, Whitworth and Gonzaga and competed in the 2001 All Northwest Music Competition held at the Annual Northwest Divison Music Educators National Conference in Spokane were she was a featured soloist.
Her vocal experiences range most languages and styles from classical, to folk, to complex jazz from such Artists as the New York Voices.
Where we are now
Jessica became re-involved with local music in 2016, handling booking and management duties for local hard rock band Lust Punch. After a successful year, she decided to venture out on her own full-time to do what she loves: Be surrounded by music.
She also was blessed to have performed with the soulful and powerful Lauren Murphie and the Sodo 4 at both their recent Album Release party at the Skylark in West Seattle and a killer show at the Rock Loft (above the Stonegate) in Tacoma.
